Problem

The target spin was mistakenly assigned in the resolved resonance part of MF/MT=2/151.

Action

The target spin was corrected. Following this correction, the resolved resonance parameters for pseudo resonances were also modified so as to reproduce the thermal capture cross section and resonance integral of Mughabghab et al.
