The data by Jacobs and Liskien 925 1451 22 agree well with the data by Norman et al., but the data by 925 1451 23 Bair and Gomez del Campo are a little lower than them. The 925 1451 24 stopping powers given by Ziegler /4/ were used for this 925 1451 25 derivation. 925 1451 26 The data by Norman et al. were analyzed by using the 925 1451 27 EGNASH-2 program /5/ , and good agreement were obtained 925 1451 28 between the both.
