The neutron orbital 5449 1451 34 angular momentum l was assumed to be 0 for all the 5 levels 5449 1451 35 up to 3.9 keV. The neutron widths of the 5 levels were 5449 1451 36 derived from the g*(neutron width) data and total spin j 5449 1451 37 measured by Ribon et al. Although the radiation widths were 5449 1451 38 also measured by Ribon et al., the consistency among the 5449 1451 39 neutron, radiation, and total widths was not well. Then, in 5449 1451 40 JENDL-4 the radiation width was derived as the difference 5449 1451 41 between the total width and neutron width of each resonance 5449 1451 42 level, because the percent error of the radiation width was 5449 1451 43 remrkably larger than those of the neutron and total widths.5449 1451 44 A negative resonance level was added at -160 eV so as to 5449 1451 45 reproduce the thermal capture cross section of 445+-45 mb at5449 1451 46 0.0253 eV measured by Kondaiah et al./2/.
