The average radiation width of 5231 1451 56 0.073 eV given by Macklin and Winters was applied to the 5231 1451 57 levels whose radiation width had not been determined from 5231 1451 58 the experiments. The average value of 0.154 eV of JENDL-3.1 5231 1451 59 was replaced with 0.0733 eV. 5231 1451 60 In JENDL-4, the neutron widths for 72.6 eV - 1.4 keV were 5231 1451 61 replaced with the ones obtained by Anufriev et al./21/ 5231 1451 62 5231 1451 63 Unresolved resonance region : 11 keV - 100 keV 5231 1451 64 The neutron strength function S0 was based on the compilation 5231 1451 65 of Mughabghab et al., and S1 and S2 were calculated with 5231 1451 66 optical model code CASTHY/6/.
