· Data of residual N-12 were duplicated in the C-13 file. Order of incident energy for production multiplicity of alpha-particle was incorrect in the O-18 file.

· Data of residual N-12 were duplicated in MF6/MT5 of the C-13 file. Incident energies for production multiplicity of alpha-particle were not ascending order in MF6/MT5 of the O-18 file. These problems were fixed.
