Incorrect numbers of sublibrary (NSUB) and library version (NVER) were corrected. Mass of the projectile (AWI) for neutron-induced fission of Am-242m were also corrected.

(1) NSUB = 11 was set for some spontaneous fission product yield files on the first release. Because NSUB = 11 is assigned for neutron-induced fission product yields, we corrected to NSUB = 5, which is used for spontaneous fission product yields. Corrected nuclides are U-238, Cm-244, Cm-246, Cm-248, Cf-250, Cf-252, Es-253, Fm-254, Fm-256.

(2) NVER is corrected to NVER=5 to indicate that the evaluated data belong to JENDL-5.

(3) AWI of neutron-induced fission of Am-242m was corrected to AWI=1.
