Update 6 (upd-6)
Correction of JENDL-5 Neutron sublibrary

[Outline]
The upper energy limit was explicitly set to 200 MeV for (MF/MT)=(13/3) and (15/3) to avoid technical issues in the data processing.

[Detail]
The upper energy limit of the photon production cross sections (MF/MT)=(13/3) and energy spectra (MF/MT)=(15/3) had been set to 20 MeV in the previous files. However, the dummy data (which indicate the zero values) might be necessary above 20 MeV for some processing codes, because the upper energy limit of those files is 200 MeV where the corresponding data are stored in (MF/MT)=(3/5) and (MF/MT)=(6/5) above 20 MeV. Therefore, the upper energy limit was explicitly set to 200 MeV for (MF/MT)=(13/3) and (15/3) to avoid technical issues in the data processing.
