Problem

It was pointed out that the Ti-48 data of JENDL-4.0u1 could not processed by RECENT2012, since zero capture widths were contained for two s-wave resonances with the Reich-Moore formula in MF2. One is located at a negative energy, and the other above the upper limit of the resolved resonance region. In the case of the Reich-Moore formula, zero capture widths are not allowed by RECENT2012, although older versions could process them.

Action

K. Shibata revised the capture widths by replacing zero's with 1 meV. The differences in the total, elastic and capture cross sections of Ti-48 between JENDL-4.0u1 and u2 are 0.2 percent at most in the resolved resonance region.
