Problem
The resolved resonance parameters were based on the measurements of Koehler et al. published in 2000 below 300 keV.
However, in the file-making process, the neutron widths of an s-wave resonance and 10 p-wave resonances were underestimated mistakenly.
Moreover, an s-wave reosnance at 265.06 keV was not taken into account.
Action
K. Shibata re-compiled the resolved resonance parameters of Koehler et al. The radiation width at a negative resonance was re-adjusted so that the calculated thermal capure cross section should be consistent with the recommendation of Mughabghab 2006.
