Feb. 2022: The upper limit of the unresolved resonance parameter of Pr-141
was inconsistent with that of unresolved resonance region.
Fixed in update 1 (upd-1) on Feb. 16.

Jan. 2023: The inelastic scattering cross sections of MF10 for isomeric targets were inconsistent with those of MF3.
